Thank you for considering participating in Hazel Avenue Markets! 

Please know that the application fee is non-refundable/non-transferable and exclusively applicable to whichever market you select. 

*FEE DOES GO TOWARDS YOUR BOOTH FEE IF APPROVED*

Step by step application process:

1. You will pay the $5 non-refundable /non- transferable fee that goes towards your booth fee.

2.  You will receive an email with the Holiday Dec 6th Application to fill out. 

3. We will be sending out acceptance emails to vendors within 24-48 hours. If you have been chosen, you will receive an approval email along with a payment link. 

4. If you are approved and sent a payment link, it needs to be paid within 24 hours or there's a chance you will lose your spot in your category. 

SOLD OUT CATEGORIES:

We are no longer accepting applications for the following categories-
– food trucks with drinks (coffee, lemonade, soda)
– any drink vendors
– permanent jewelry
– candles

Booth Fees: 

- 10x10's:  $150
