Summer Fest — Vendor Setup Info
First and foremost — thank you for choosing us! We are so excited to have you at our market. If you didn’t receive a flyer, please let us know so we can send it to you. Our flyer is the only one we want advertised so we don’t confuse any customers.

Market Dates & Times
Friday, June 12 — 6:30PM–9:30PM · Setup 4:00PM–6:00PM
Saturday, June 13 — 9:00AM–1:00PM · Setup 7:00AM–8:30AM
Location
Electric Park at Thanksgiving Point, Lehi

Parking — Important
You cannot park or drive your vehicle into the park. Pulling into the park is a $100 fee and you will be asked to leave.
Park in the parking lot, unload, and carry your items into the park — there is no room for vehicles inside and it’s a safety hazard. We suggest bringing a wagon to help.
Once the market starts, please move your vehicle toward the back of the parking lot so the front spots stay open for customers.
10x10 Booth Setup
Your setup is your responsibility — bring your own canopy tent, tables, chairs, etc. We do not provide any equipment.
We highly recommend bringing weights for your canopy tent to hold it down in case of weather, and bringing canopy sides as well.
8ft Pavilion Setup
This section is under the giant pavilion, where you’ll find a note with your business name on the 8ft table.
We provide the 8ft table and two chairs. Please note your space is only that one table — product goes on the table, nothing to the sides.
You will need to bring a table cloth (any color is fine).
Takedown
Both days, and signed the form to leave items overnight Friday — you may do so.
Friday only: takedown 9:30PM–10:30PM
Saturday only: takedown 1:00PM–2:00PM
Sales Tax
Robin with Special Events for the State of Utah will mail sales tax forms to your physical address after the event. If you don’t receive the form within 30 days, reach out to us.
Check-In
No need to check in first — go straight to your booth. We’ll come around to check in with everyone once setup is complete.
Weather
This is a rain or shine event.
Power
We do not provide power. You’re welcome to bring a generator, but you must clear it with us first.
Friday Night Lighting — 10x10 Vendors
If you are signed up for the Friday night market (6:30PM–9:30PM) in a 10x10 booth, please bring battery-powered lights for your booth.
Since we do not provide power, you’ll want lighting so customers can see your products clearly as it gets darker into the evening. String lights, lanterns, LED puck lights, or rechargeable lamps all work well.
Restrooms
Public restrooms are located on the east side of the park and by the main entrance.
